COVID-19 CUSTOMER HEALTH & SAFETY CONCERNS

Together, we're navigating an entirely new landscape brought forth by the worldwide coronavirus pandemic. Like you, we're monitoring the situation closely to ensure we can meet the ongoing needs of our customers, employees, and industry partners.
We've initiated a number of measures to ensure the safety and wellness of our team and the continuity of our service and support for you.
We will continue to ship product anywhere in the USA and will offer FREE shipping for our customers. Your package may be delayed for an additional 1-4 weeks as our shipment speeds have decreased due to the outbreak, along with shipping couriers experiencing delayed transit times due to lack of transport space domestically and globally because of COVID-19. Your delivery time will also be dependent on the development of the virus.
Please note that starting May 1st there has been an increase in shipping costs for most shipping companies. This means that we have to increase our product price as well.
If you had already received a tracking number, please contact the shipping courier for more updated information.
One thing to note is that if you ordered multiple DIFFERENT products, your packages will arrive in different packages. We are practicing contactless delivery options with our workers, which means that your order will be shipped directly from each manufacturer themselves rather than our original warehouse. The packages should generally all arrive within a similar time frame.

What are we doing?
Social Distancing Guidelines
Social distancing guidelines has been implemented within the workplace as recommended by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We are working in a 100% remote environment and, while we spend less time in face-to-face dialogue with each other, we are sensitive to risk of social disengagement and have communication tools available to ensure we all stay connected with one another and you, our customer. Our sense of community remains strong!
We're following the guidance of the World Health Organization (WH0) and the CDC on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We've taken additional steps to ensure we maintain a higher level of cleanliness in our facility by performing multiple cleanings of all common areas. All employees have been supplied with masks, gloves, and cleaning kits to frequently disinfect their workstations and heavily enforcing requent hand washing. Anybody who is not feeling 100% well is asked to stay home, and we're monitoring each staff and package in our facilities daily.
Our Product, Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving teams are monitoring supply daily and working with our vendors to ensure the flow of products remains to support your needs.
For those of you wondering if it is safe to receive and handle a shipment, the WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other another shipping container is extremely low. Regardless, we are still taking extra precautions to minimize the risk of spread as much as possible.
The World Health Organization (WHO) states that:
"The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low."
